Affect to the Organizational Culture in Contemporary Context
Organizational culture is the way people interact with each other and with each other in a business or group. The way a company works and the work that gets done can all be affected by its culture. "Most academics and practitioners studying organizations suggest the concept of culture is the climate and practices that organizations develop around how they deal with people," as Schein (2004) puts it.
In 2011, the CIPD looked at how some of the world's best companies changed their organizational cultures through six case studies. In 2003, nine regional and independent arts boards, each with its own boards, governance systems, and ways of doing things, merged together to form Arts Council England (CIPD, 2011). The Art Council of England was one of them. "Great art for everyone" became the new goal for the group after the merger (CIPD, 2011). The activities that changed the culture were mostly about how the group was formed. "Company interventions focused on the organizational structure, embedding the new values and demonstrating leadership commitment for the culture change" (CIPD, 2011) is what it says.
In the same way, the London Barnet Housing Department created a mindset that is focused on the customer. It was launched in 2009, and this lean project makes service quick and easy (CIPD, 2011). The Children's Trust Southampton worked to create a culture of partnership working, Visa Europe created a peak performance culture, the National Police Improvement Agency created a customer-focused culture, and BNP Paribas created a business development culture (CIPD, 2011). These companies were also looked at in the study.
Every company has its own unique culture, which is made up of people with a wide range of personalities, skills, and goals. Leaders need to find ways to motivate their workers to reach company goals while still upholding the organization's culture and values in a world that is always changing and introducing new ideas. Most of the time, when an organization's culture changes, employees become frustrated and unhappy, which needs to be handled successfully.
Many people have come and gone from the group I've been working for eight years. But the company's founding identity is always protected. Now that we've put in place an adaptive culture for the employees, we urge them to be confident and take risks. This has given them an easy-to-miss chance to find people who are changing while keeping their attention on the changing wants of their customers. This is one of the modern societal changes that we have been able to adapt to well so far.
Conclusion
in addition to its intrinsic value, culture provides important social and economic benefits. With improved learning and health, increased tolerance, and opportunities to come together with others, culture enhances our quality of life and increases overall well-being for both individuals and communities. .
